Data we process
The free fault glossary runs locally in your browser. For paid reports, we process your inspection text, an optional image, optional basic vehicle details and payment order reference. Please remove all personal details before submission.
Purpose of processing
Information is processed to deliver the report you request. Stripe handles payment processing; OpenAI API may be used to generate the report.
Retention
Order inputs are kept for approximately 48 hours before report completion. Once generated, the input record is replaced with the report for up to 30 days. Processors may apply different logging and retention periods.
Service providers and transfers
The service uses Cloudflare, Stripe and OpenAI API. Processing agreements and any international data transfers must be assessed before launch.
Your rights
Depending on applicable data protection laws, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact the stated data controller.
Security
Card information is handled by Stripe Checkout, not by this website. Do not enter license plates or other unnecessary personal information.
